Autumn Trend: Clogs to Crush On
I am seriously loving clogs for fall. When you’re not ready to fully commit to a boot but it’s getting too chilly out for sandals, clogs are a great in-between step. The wood detail unique and makes such a statement on pretty much any outfit. A pair of jeans or a suede skirt. A sweater dress or jumper and cardi combo. The possibilities are absolutely endless. Clogs can become the go-to fall shoes. Available in a wide variety of colors and styles, there is surely a clog you’ll fall in love with. Check out the nine clogs I’m loving this fall!

1. Hasbeens T-Strap Sky High • This color is so stunning. I love the natural because it pairs so well with all the neutrals that are so quintessential of fall. I also love the T-strap that stands apart from the Mary Jane style. These are a splurge, totally, and it’s because they’re imported from a Sweedish brand, Hasbeens, that makes these. But if do splurge, imagine how much wear you’d get out of them. They’ll make up the price in no time. I’d wear this with an oversized chunky sweater and a denim skirt. Hair pulled up in a ponytail and statement earrings finish the look. These cute clogs also come in black and priced at $239.00
2. Hasbeens Louise • The same Sweedish brand, different clogs. These classic-styled clogs are perfect for every day. Again, definitely a splurge, but the number of times you can wear these and the variety of outfits they can be featured in make up the price easily. I love the contrast between the black and the natural wood; a statement so pretty. Think about how cute would these look with an everyday casual look. So what outfit should you wear with these clogs? I’m thinking a pair of medium wash jeans and a black tank with lace details and an oversized cardi. A pair of pretty studs and a felt wide-brimmed hat complete the look. These clogs also come in tan and cost $239.00
3. Cedar Clog • These might actually be my favorite. I’ve had my eye on them since a girl in Free People asked for my opinion on what color to get. I said the color that’s featured and I decided that these must be mine. Eventually. I love the details the straps create on the side. The outfit that I’d wear with this? A corduroy jumper with a turtleneck sweater underneath. I’d pull my hair up into a half up half down top knot with a scrunchie (because I’m obsessed with them) and a pair of chunky gold hoop earrings to round everything out. My perfect fall look, honestly. Available in six colors: black patent, black, Paris green, acorn (shown), tan, and taupe and cost $178.00
4. Mia Sofie • These would be perfect for every day. The low heel makes them comfortable and I love the straps across the top of the foot. I love the color of the wood platforms. The mid-toned color is perfect for a neutral pallet but the black helps it go with everything. Perfect for a casual look of classic jeans and a tee and an added cardi when it’s chilly out. Wear this on a weekend when you’re just hanging out or running errands. Hair tied up in a ponytail or pushed back with a headband, this look is perfect for fall days when you want something easy to wear. These also come in red and wine for $89.00
5. Sweedish Hasbeens Rita Clog Sandals • The return of the Hasbeens. They’ve really corned the market on cute clogs. These clogs from Anthropologie are too cute for a fall neutral shoe. That natural wood is so pretty and the sole that’s the same color as the leather is a little detail that makes a huge statement. If the Cedar Clogs are my favorite, these are a close second. I would wear these every day in the fall until boots are the main option. What would I wear with this look? A denim overall dress with an off the shoulder sweater. When it gets cooler out, add a field jacket and tights. $248.00
6. Abba Sandal • I can imagine wearing these with so many outfits. These are another that are so perfect for casual everyday wear. The heels are low but still enough to give a little bit of height if you want it. How to wear this? How about a suede skirt, long sleeve tee skirt, and a striped duster cardi? All these pieces are perfect for fall. Suede skirts are my favorite for fall; they come in so many colors and styles. A button front skirt would look so cute with these shoes. And both stripes and duster cardis are such a trend for the season. Add these elements together to make the perfect fall look. These clogs come in three colors: black, brown, wine for $98.95
7. Sodermalm Saunter Leather Clog • Now I love these. The red is so stunning. It’s perfect for fall and goes so well with all the warm colors that are so quintessential of the season. I also love the low heel that helps make them comfortable to wear all day even if you’re going to be standing. Here’s what I’d wear. A red faux leather skirt and with a top with a lace up detail. Add a chunky cardi and tights for cool days. Add the details of hanging statement earrings and a felt hat to finish off the look. Perfect for those days you want to take cute fall themed photos at the pumpkin patch. Get these clogs also in brown for $89.00
8. Zori Clog Sandal • What I like most about these clogs are the studded details around the shoe. I love the shape of these heels and that they’re at a comfortable height to wear all day. I love that these come in black, which makes them go with just about every outfit. I’d wear this with a bodycon little black dress, an oversized knit cardi that you can hang off your shoulders. Add tights with a knee-high detail or even real knee-high socks to complete the look. For jewelry, a long, dangly necklace and stud earrings. This is the perfect look for a date night look and drinks. These stunning clogs also come in two other colors: cognac and black for $187.95
9. Tio Leather Mule Clog • These remind me of the kinds of clogs I wore as a kid. I swear I had a pair just like these except they were denim. While that just screams 2003, these don’t. They’re an updated look to the old-styled clog. These are the clogs you can just slip on and head right out the door to where you’re heading off to. Make an outfit around these shoes with a pair of jeans with a fun detail on the hem like fringe or an embroidery detail. A graphic tee tucked into the waist of your jeans. Add a hunter green field jacket just as you’re about to head out. And you have the perfect on the go look for fall. Get these easy clogs for $36.00
